Nachtrag:

Einige Tonleitern sind alles andere als Exotisch.

Lydisch, jonisch, Mixolydisch, dorisch, äolisch, phrygisch, lokrisch

verwenden alle das Tonmaterial einer normalen Dur-Tonleiter.

Es wird also der selbe Fingersatz verwendet wie bei einer Dur-Tonleiter, nur der Startton (Der Grundton der Kirchentonleiter) ist ein anderer.

Wenn eine Dur-Tonleiter aus den Intervallen

besteht,

dann ist

C-jonisch

D-dorisch
2 3 4 5 6 7 1 2 ( D E F G A H C D)

E-phrygisch

F-lydisch

G-mixolydisch

A-äolisch

Exotische Namen aber einfache Fingersätze.
Es lohnt sich also oft zu schauen, ob hinter einer exotischen Skala nicht doch eine simple Dur-Tonleiter steckt, die nur einen anderen Startton hat.
