Das sind Akkordreihenfolgen auf Startoms Erlaeuterung basierend, die man sich einfallen laesst, meistens Vierklaenge.
Hier ein Beispiel so einer Kadenz, die ersten Stufen einer Tonleiter in Reihenfolge spielend, in A Dur:

A - C#7 - D7 - E9

Das kannst du dann so greifen um auf dem Griffbrett raufzurutschen:

x02220 - x43420 - x5757x - x76770
