Hm, versteh ich das richtig, dass du gleich alle 4 ersten Bünde mit den Fingern besetzen willst? Das scheint mir am Anfang viel zu schwer, ich habe selbst jetzt noch damit Mühe, und spiele am liebsten im 5. Bund.
Aber Dehnübungen sind immer gut. Sollte ich auch öfters machen. Wink
