Hi, kommt warscheinlich von einer nicht ganz korrekten Handhaltung. Der Krauftaufwand auch bei hohen Saiten ist minimal wenn man die Hand richtig haelt.
Lass es dir mal von einem Guitarhero deines Vertrauens aus deiner Umgebung zeigen.

Zur Strat wurde schon alles gesagt: viel kannste nicht falsch machen, ist ein Klassiker.
