Bei Immobilien hat sich bewährt: 1/3 Eigenkapital, 1/3 Bausparvertrag, 1/3 Hypothek. Je mehr Eigenkapital um so besser.

Wenn dir vorschwebt, irgendwann mal alles zurück gezahlt zu haben, so dass dir die Immobilie dann auch wirklich selbst gehört (und nicht mehr zum Teil der Bank), solltest du diese Voraussetzugen schaffen. Wink

Vor allem SELBST genau durchrechnen, ob das Unternehmen unter deinen persönlichen Voraussetzungen klappt. Smokin
