Das liegt weniger an Norton als daran, dass Du den Scanner gestartet hast, als der Virus/Wurm schon aktiv war.
Das ist ziemlich \"tödlich\" ...
Starte immer mit einer Notfalldiskette oder von CD, ansonsten \"überlistet\" der Virus/Wurm Deinen Scanner und Du infizierst Dein System umso gründlicher.

Gegen Würmer ist eine Firewall wirkungsvoller als der Scanner.
