Zur 2. Frage: Meist hört man ganz deutlich, dass die tiefe E-Saite überhaupt nicht dazupasst. z.B am und A und ihre Abwandlungen. Bei H im 2. und C im 3. Bund wird die E-Saite also auch nicht angeschlagen usw.
Bei E, F, F# usw hingegen schon.
Was aber eigentlich immer angegeben ist...
Ich schaue bei ungewöhnlichen Griffen nach und merke es mir dann. Es gibt ja auch solche, bei dem die A-Saite abgedämpft ist...
