Moin Follikel,

das wichtigere bei der Sache ist eigentlich, dass du die eingehende Zahlung auch meldet. Der Hinweis auf die AWV-Meldepflicht spricht dafür, dass du hier aktiv werden musst. Allerdings habe ich hier (https://www.owlaw.de/z4-awv-meldepflicht-vergessen/) auch gelesen, dass erst Zahlungen ab 12.500 € meldepflichtig sind. Eventuell musst du dich da noch mal schlau machen. Wobei ich grade sehe, dass der Beiutrag ja schon aus 2014 ist, da sind die Fristen wohl eh schon um  Huh Huh Smile
