mir fällt gerade noch auf, dass in dem scan von deinem buch erzählt wird:

\"Dieses Akkordspiel mit Ghost Notes, oft auch Dead Notes genannt, ...()\"

Das ist bullshit. Dead und Ghostnotes sind zwei verschiedene Dinge. Um den Unterschied klar zu machen, hab ich mal´n jpg angehängt.
