Ihr vergesst, daß Straf- und Zivilrecht 2 verschieden paar Schuhe sind.
Selbst wenn man nach Strafrecht von Anklage verschont bleibt, der Rechteinhaber kann trotzdem zivilrechtlich Schadenersatz einfordern.
Selbst bei nur einer \"Raubkopie\"!

P.S.
Daß es eine Raubkopie im verwendeten Kontext so nicht gibt erklärt übrigens diese Seite...
