Hallo!

Nach 1 1/2 Wochen Aufenthalt im Krankenhaus bin ich wieder da.

Hab nen Bandscheibenvorfall, der aber nicht operiert werden muss. Die Therapie läuft nun ambulant weiter.
Werde aber wohl noch einige Wochen außer Gefecht sein.
Unter 3 Wochen mit voller Therapie läuft laut Othopäden nichts.

Am PC kann ich hin und wieder mal sitzen. Darüber bin ich auch ganz froh.
